Apple has today released software version 26.2.1 for the iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS platforms. Apple has also released updates for the iOS/iPadOS 12, iOS/iPadOS 15, iOS/iPadOS 16, and iOS/iPadOS 18 operating systems.

According to Apple's release notes, these updates include the announced support for Precision Finding of the new AirTag on Apple Watch Series 9/Ultra 2 and later,, along with other unspecified bug fixes.

iOS 6.1.1 for iPhone 4S released to address cellular performance and reliability bugs

Apple has just released iOS 7.0.4 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Along with the usual bug fixes and stability improvements, iOS 7.0.4 fixes a bug which would sometimes prevent users from making a FaceTime call.

iOS 7.0.4 is available starting immediately as an over the air (OTA) update, and it can be installed by navigating to General > Software Update in iOS’s Settings app. The update can also be downloaded and installed using Apple’s iTunes software on a computer.

Apple today has released iOS 7.0.6 and 6.1.6, bringing security updates for all devices running iOS 6 or iOS 7. According to Mac Rumors and 9 to 5 Mac, the iOS 7.0.6 and iOS 6.1.6 updates fix an issue with SSL verification. The update should be available for all users running iOS 6 and iOS 7, and can be downloaded over-the-air. As this is reported to be a security update only, we do not expect it to contain any VoiceOver improvements.

Apple today released iOS 7.1.1, an update that brings bug fixesβ€”including a fix for the Bluetooth keyboard issue many VoiceOver users have experienced.

According to Mac Rumors, iOS 7.1.1 contains Touch ID improvements, a fix for an issue that could impact keyboard performance--and a fix for a Bluetooth keyboard issue when VoiceOver is enabled.

iOS 7.1.1 is available via Over-the-Air update and through iTunes.

Apple today released iOS 8.1.2 as an over-the-air software update.

This update reportedly includes a number of bug fixes, including a fix for a problem regarding ringtones purchased through the iTunes Store. Apple advises users who have lost ringtones to restore them by visiting https://itunes.com/restore-tones from their iOS devices.

According to MacRumors, iOS 8.1.3 fixes include a fix for an issue that prevented some users from entering their Apple ID passwords for Messages and FaceTime, a bug that caused Spotlight to stop displaying app results, and a problem that prevented multitasking gestures from working on the iPad.
