Accessibility Comments

Adopting, feeding, expeditions are all totally accessible. I cannot for the life of me figure out island decoration, but I hope it might be possible in the future? You can see some of the movement animations with VoiceOver, but it's mostly just saying your pets are walking in a direction. But still, this is very playable and has a lot of future promise!

For the tutorial, you might need to turn off VoiceOver and tap on the screen to advance it, or skip it as the buttons are pretty self explanatory. I'm not sure what the point of friends is as of yet, so it's entirely possible that there are screens related to that I haven't accessed. If someone thinks the accessibility rating should be adjusted, let me know and I'll move it.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads most page elements.

Button Labeling

Most buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability

There are some minor accessibility issues with this app, but they are easy to deal with.

Other Comments

This is honestly a really sweet experience and I hope anyone who likes cozy/whimsical things will give it a try!

I downloaded the game and skipped the tutorial like suggested. I have an acorn buddy and he is full. I can’t go on any expeditions yet really. What should I do next? Just wait until my acorn pet needs to be fed?

Congrats and a warm welcome to your acorn friend! I'd check back in every little while to see were you might be able to go. Was it because you didn't have enough pets? I've never not been able to go out, that's very odd!

Yes, the problem was that I didn’t have enough pets. The expeditions changed though and now I have them off exploring.

I am a tutorial person, and am probably going to see if the tutorial becomes more accessible, because that's going to help out.
I was wondering why it was throwing up at me, saying to get a pet, I go into habitats, and can't do anything because the pet I need costs 200 coins and I only have 8...
Probably going to wait for the tutorial to be accessible, but definitely looking forward to that!
