I think you used to have to have a visual for podcasts on Youtube, but I'm pretty sure they changed that and you can just do straight audio now.

"Permute will allow you to do that. Mr. Monroe is very attentive to accessibility and will be able to respond quickly to such a request if necessary. I am currently testing version 4 of Permute (in beta) to do exactly what you are asking; it is accessible with VoiceOver and works very well."

You can also use Keynote on the Mac. It’s built-in and free, and you can easily add your audio to a slide and export it as a video file.

I hope this link works. I used to use EyeClip for things like this. It’s an app designed specifically for blind users, although it’s no longer being updated. Still, it’s free and you can get the job done this way.
You add an image to the timeline and then attach music to it. You decide how long the image will be displayed. You can also add multiple images that change like a slideshow. The only thing you need to watch out for is that the image shouldn’t last longer than the audio track itself. The app doesn’t adjust this automatically the way Permute does.
That said, this is how I always worked with this app. Now I use Permute instead, and it’s even simpler there and speeds up my workflow a lot. Overall, Permute is worth the price, because converting formats can come in handy quite often. And the program is easy to use, at least in my opinion.
Here’s the link to the EyeClip app:

Thanks so much for this app.
i will put just 1 photo,
so, should i take care of photo beeing watched after audio? or adjusting the photo time etc?
I think no, but need to ask to be sure
I respect Permute and what it can do, but for me, that is so expensive specially this is a subscription model not 1 time fee

You can buy it for a single price.

Site says it's $14.99. Please note I've never used this thing, and I'm not saying you should buy it. I'm just saying, if the subscription part is what you're worried about, it looks like you can get a single one-time license for the current version, and then get discounts per upgrade.

Thanks so much,
i did not see this.
I know that you are not trying to sell the app or something, you are trying to help.
Much appreciated.
am trying to use the Iclip, and wish it will be helpful.

Oh I was just trying to be clear that I've never used it. So I'm not recommending it, just saying you can buy a single license. It's sort of interesting that you can use it for what you want to do, since it really seems to be talking a lot about converting media formats. So just looking at what it says it does, I wouldn't have picked it for that use. Good luck!
