Share Your Bug Reports with AppleVis
If you experience a bug in Apple Beta Software, the most important thing you can do is to file a report in Feedback Assistant. Please do not assume that Apple is already aware of a bug or that your report won't make a difference; your report may provide crucial information, and submitting bug reports directly to Apple helps them reproduce and resolve the issue faster. The more reports they receive, the higher the priority Apple is likely to give to fixing the bug.
If you are using beta software, please use the Feedback Assistant on your device to submit feedback and bug reports. If you are using a public release, this blog post explains how to report the issue and what information to include.
In 2025, AppleVis launched the Community Bug Reporting Program with the goal of improving the quality and quantity of information we share with the community about bugs in Apple software releases. If you would like to contribute to this effort, please submit your reports via our Community Bug Report Form.
All reports shared with AppleVis must first be filed with Apple via Feedback Assistant. More information about the Community Bug Program is available here.

Installing
I'm installing it right now. Can't wait for the Siri changes also.

Siri may not have changes, issues with it. Hope they fix VO and notification. Long live cats and down with siri.
Have they fixed the community dictionary bug in eloquence?
Hi,
Have they fixed the community dictionary bug in Eloquence? if yes, I'll wait until public release.
not yet
Not yet it is still present. I've filed a fb on it.
I was hoping to see...
I was hoping to see some hints of the updated Siri and AI functionality that Apple had been hinting at, but alas, it looks like none of that made it into this release after all.
Seems like, as the news articles have been saying, Apple must have run into yet another hiccup with the new improved intelligence features.
Well, better to get it right than to give people a bad first impression!

1 Trillion dollar company and they can not get Siri to even delete reminders or more. Bella when she was alive could do more than Siri. Long live cats.
memes
To paraphrase some of the memes I've seen: Give Apple a break. They're only a small $3-4T company. They can only do so much.
In all seriousness, it looks like this beta has a very early build number; it ends with the letter q. I don't think I've seen one like that other than maybe an early beta for a new major iOS update -- certainly not for a point update during the year. This makes me think Apple will do a lot of tweaking in 26.4 before it drops.
I'm also hoping they fix the bug with the Eloquence community dictionary, and the toolbar in the mail app not being accessible to VO, assuming it's still there for sighted users.

Have a nice lake I can let you have for $1. It is a nice lake and it is very close to Chicago. I am sad for apple. Poor them. Long live cats.

Beta 1
Will see, I think all of us had reported issues and bugs about VO. Long live cats.
Small App Store Tweak
I like how, in the App Store, there is a separate page now for app updates. That can be found in the “My Account” section of the App Store, for those who don’t already know.
Re: Small App Store Tweak.
Thanks for that, to check for updates I do a triple tap on App Store and from the menu that appears I choose Updates. Some times I have to do a three finger swipe down to refresh the list.
Am I the only one facing the following bug?
Hi,
I'm running iOS26.3 on both my iPhone 16 pro max & 13-inch iPad pro.
I've noticed, while using Eloquence specifically, the Reed voice, that it will abruptly & immediately stop talking.
Recently, I’ve also seen this occur on my Mac, which is an m2 MacBook Air.
To fix it, I must restart Voiceover, which may take several tries.
Has anyone else seen this?
I'm thinking of upgrading to the 26.4 beta to see if it's fixed there.,
can't reproduce eloquence bug
I can't reproduce that.
Replying to Dennis
Hi Dennis,
What version of the operating system are you running?
What should I do to fix this?
using 26.4 beta 1
I'm using 26.4 beta 1. I never had it on 26.3.
Charging issue on latest beta
Just a quick word of warning if you plan to install this beta.
Some people, including me, are having issues with fast charging after installing the beta. I tend to get a "slow charger" message even when using the proper cable and charger for fast charging, and it seems like my charging speed is reduced, so if you value charging stability, perhaps hold off on this beta.
Email issue resolved
we can, in IOS 26,4 beta 1, now find and use the "insert attachment" option again.
good times.
@Doll Eye
I get it. The issues are infuriating, specially when they affect what you do day to day.
I wouldn't wish for a complete team replacement though, and also, chances are that there are at least few individuals with disability working in the team.
Keep in mind that this is the same team which advocates for accessibility in every new revolutionary feature or technology that Apple brings out, although I am completely stumped about prioritizing accessibility in Vision Pro on day 1, when most of us are never going to buy it. I guess getting your foot in the door matters, else on a later date, you might struggle to make it happen.
This is the same team which made features like remote access accessible, and it's done in a way that no other screen reader ever did it. But once I saw how they implemented it, I wished if my NVDA Remote access thing also had some of those fancy features. Same for magnifire app as well.
I am also completely amazed and desperate to know that how on earth this team manages to convince higher ups for so much budget. Accessibility isn't chiepp, and Apple does it quite well. Convincing people to put down money for it is super tough.
Dictation
Any improvements in dictation I noticed got worse after the most recent update
getting rid of the team is not the answer
Apple does accessibility like no other. Who would expect the Vision pro to have accessibility at launch? Apple did it. Could things be better? Sure but name a company that nailed accessibility 100% perfectly no bugs no errors. You can't.
getting rid of the team is not the answer
There is a lock of communication between both or apple just fixes bugs of accessibility when they need. VO and notification is getting worse in 26.3 and still not address by them. 1 trillion company and get not work on the bugs but this is the same company that can not even fix Siri. PS will always use iPhone and this is not negativity so do not jump all over me. Long live cats.
Beta 2 is here
Hi Guys,
Beta 2 is here. It's been out sinse yesterday.
I found two new settings for VoiceOver users. One of them is touch curtain. Let me explain what it is in more detail. So Touch Curtain will deactivate all touch gestures when a braille display is connected. When Touch Curtain is on, all VoiceOver touch gestures will be disabled.
The second feature I found is that you can now assign your own commands for find previous search item and find next search item with VoiceOver.
I don't know how useful this will be for me, as I don't search for anything with VoiceOver.
Interesting
That sounds interesting. I’m not sure why you would want to disable all the touch gestures if a braille display is connected. If this is on, will touch gestures for voiceover simply not exist, and you can just use the phone as you normally would? For example, if I was on the home screen, and I turned on the touch code setting and connected a braille display and tapped on the settings icon, would it just open the Settings app as if VoiceOver wasn’t even on or would it just not even do anything?
Ayub
VO and notifications? Is the bug still there? Long live cats.

We all pay over $ 800 or more for an iPhone. We expect it to work well. If you purchase a car you expect it to work well and if not, you take it to get it fix or get a new one. Long live cats. PS using iPhone since 4 and up.
Warning: Beta 2 requires age verification
Utah and Louisiana both require age verification, which Apple has decided to adopt into IOS and MacOS. Verification can occur based on credit or debit card info. Other methods, too.

How accessible? Will this also be in iPhone? Long live cats.
Do you guys know more about the changes that we’re supposed to c
I’d be curious to see what kinds of changes are coming to Siri. And also, if these changes would only apply to a photo with Apple Intelligence capabilities. Both of my devices are not Apple Intelligence capable. I have an iPhone SE third generation and an iPhone 15. So that was just thing I was curious about. I mean, I’ll probably know find out once we have the final release available anyway since I don’t make a test but just figured if anybody knew anyone here I’d ask thanks for all the people who made a test.
Singer Girl
Like we say in Chicago when we watch our tean. Wait until next year. Same with Siri. Long live cats.
OK, I can wait. It’s all good.
OK, I can wait to see what happens next year. But either way I think iPhones are pretty awesome. I’ve got a iPhone 15 and I use Karen on that and I have a iPhone SE third generation and Samantha. I’m not.
