Ok guys no idea if this is new or has always been there and I just didn't know about it. However, just found that when scrolling your newsfeed you do not need to enter a post with a reel to play it. As soon as you reach a post with a reel you can just press the volume up button once and it starts playing. Interestingly, once you do this any other post with a reel will automatically play without doing anything. Just letting people know in case they are interested. For info iPhone 15 pro.

Oh wow, that’s very interesting. I had absolutely no idea about this either. So, do you know if it would work with a base model phone? I have an iPhone 15 and I have an iPhone SE 2022. I always figured you had to enter the post to play the reels. It’s very interesting. Good to know.

Sorry no idea if this works on all phones. Found it totally by accident lol. The only annoying thing is you can't then turn the thing off. I'd hoped maybe using the down volume button would reverse it but no! However, as I suspect this is a FB not Apple AI or anything like that don't see why it wouldn't
