Navigating through chat messages
This app is very accessible and I really enjoy using it. The only problem I have is that navigating chat threads can be challenging and unpredictable. For example, if VO focus is on the text field where you type a new message, and then you swipe left to read the last message in the thread, VO focus will jump up to somewhere random in the thread. And to scroll back to the end, I have to swipe 3 fingers down several times. There is an arrow that is supposed to take you back to the end of the thread, but I have trouble getting it to work a lot of the time. This issue isn't a deal breaker, but I did contact Patreon to let them know about it. They were very receptive and said they would look into it.
Moderately OK
The notifications settings aren't accessible unless you use image descriptions. Fortunately, I always enable those, so it worked well.
But, honestly, I don't see much benefit here over using the website, except perhaps for notifications. It's all right, but that's all.
No support for dynamic type
I raise this issue annually, and they nod and promise zero. Requiring me to read 9 pt type is not accessible!
Fortunately, I can create a Safari instance via "add to home page" with my default 150% zoom
