Hi, all. Perhaps I'm missing something, but my Mac mini M2 Pro doesn't see my Brailliant BI40X as a storage device as it does on Windows. Is there something I'm missing? I'd like to be able to transfer files to and from the display to my Mac. Thanks for any advice.

If it uses Media Transfer Protocol (MTP), you'll need to install additional tools on the Mac, as macOS doesn't support MTP by default.

OpenMTP appears to be an option, but I haven't tried it, so I can't comment further.

yes they're mtp.
so u will either needa fuse type solution, if u want to use standard fs commands.
u could do it by talking direct via usb tools, but would not i think be what most want.
if u can get the mtp/fuse stuff working on macos, then u can get the internal and any, thumb drive plugged in, without needing to unplug, via standard os commands.
sorry dont have a solution for macos, but its definitely mtp.
