Scheduling Assistant in MS Outlook for Mac

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to help a colleague who uses VoiceOver on a Mac and works in a large corporate environment where Microsoft Outlook is the standard email and calendar solution.
In Outlook for Mac, sighted users can easily schedule a meeting and use the Scheduling Assistant to find a time slot when all invited participants are available. With a mouse, this seems quite straightforward.
However, we have not been able to find an accessible way to do the same thing with VoiceOver.
My questions are:
• Is it currently possible to use the Scheduling Assistant (or a similar feature) in Outlook for Mac with VoiceOver?
• If so, what is the workflow? Are there any specific VoiceOver commands or Outlook shortcuts that make it accessible?
• If it is not accessible on the Mac, is there perhaps a better solution using Outlook on the iPhone?
Unfortunately, switching to another calendar application is not an option because this is a large company that relies on Microsoft Outlook and Exchange.
Any tips, workarounds, or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
