Hi everyone,
I am part of team of student researchers that are working on developing inclusive hurricane maps for a class project, and we are looking for macOS/iOS users specifically located in the US for remote interviews where they will test our web-based app.
Here's some more information:
We are students at the Georgia Institute of Technology studying how to design and develop accessible and inclusive maps for hurricane tracking and other climate-related phenomena. We are looking for individuals to participate in a 20-25 minute interview where you give us feedback after listening to sonified representations of climate data and interacting with a digital map. This study is part of a class project for CS 8803 SRD - Sonification Lab Research and Design Studio.
To be eligible, you must be able to understand and speak English, and be 18 years of age. Interviews will be conducted over Zoom. You will be compensated $10 for your time.
