Progress of loading a page in Safari

Hi all!
Does someone know how to get back the ability to see the progress of a loading page in Safari using Voiceover? I miss this feature, it used to be always available up until I updated my phone to IOS17 or something.
Is this feature still absent in the brand new IOS?

They have either removed this feature, or VoiceOver no longer focuses on the progress bar whenever a webpage is loading in Safari. A shame, as I too miss this feature very much.

Something tells me that everything is okay for sighted people. It’s Apple’s negligence that’s been outrages for the past few years….
