Hi guys!
I'm back on iPhone!
At some point, I can post about how the transition is going and why I decided to switch back.
I need some app recommendations:
1: What is the most accessible way to use Telegram?
2: Is there an extremely simple text editor that is free?
3: For audio editing, whatβs the best app? I know Ferrite exists; is it the best one, or is there something else?
Thanks for the suggestions!

Text editor
Try subtext - it seems very lightweight and accessible. And free.
Regarding telegram, try searching these forums for it if you haven't already. I am sure that a client was discussed recently but I never paid much attention as I don't use it.
Accessible Telegram script
I think someone might be working on an accessible telegram application, but I do not know if it is still a work in progress or what. In the meantime, check out this script to make telegram accessible via mobile Safari.

Drafts
Drafts is a great text editor, there's a premium version, but you don't need it just for text editing. :)
thanks and more recomendations and questions
Hey guys!
Thanks for all the recommendations! I will definitely install it and give you my feedback, if I don't forgetπππ
About Telegram and the script, is it easy to receive notifications or do you find it easier to have the Telegram app just for that?
I would also like to ask for recommendations on apps to integrate with Windows.
I know it will never be like the Mac, but are there tools to make the Windows and iPhone experience more integrated? For those who use both systems, what do you think?
Thanks!
If I forget something, I'll post it here againππ
Some answers
Hi,
You can achieve a handoff-like experience between iOS and WindowsOS, just by using third-party apps that exist on both platforms. For example, if you use the Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Chrome browsers on iOS, just make sure you are logged into those accounts, and the Windows versions will keep all of your saved tabs, history, bookmarks, etc. in other words, if you are on Chrome for iOS, checking out a website, you can open Chrome on WindowsOS, and continue reviewing that website. Likewise for Edge and Firefox.
If you use Outlook, Thunderbird, or another email client that also exists on WindowsOS, then you can handoff emails between the two devices as well. For example, say you start writing an email draft on your iPhone. Yet you want to finish it up later on your computer. You open up your email client on Windows, and write there in the Drafts folder is your email you started on your iPhone. Again, just make sure you are signed into the proper account for whichever application you use.
Finally, I would highly encourage you to check out this podcast by Thomas. He doesn't excellent job of explaining how to connect your iPhone to your computer using the files app and sharing privileges, in order to get an amazing handoff-like experience transferring files between the two devices. An experience once believed to be exclusive on macOS. π

Re: Telegram
My advice to you would be to read over that thread from the link I sent you above with regards to telegram, and disregard any of the negative comments there. I don't use telegram myself, but until a proper accessible application is created for it, that script option is your best bet for iOS.
thanks
Hi everyone!
Thank you for all the recommendations.
I'm using Subtext, and I successfully installed the script for Telegram, although I'm having a problem recording voice messages.
I'll post in the appropriate thread.
