just curious if anyone here actually uses Pocket Casts? I redownloaded the app about 2 or so weeks ago and they've improved the app quite a bit. I'm a huge Castro Fan but I love the fact that if I wanted to, with Pocket Casts I could listen to my podcasts on my pixel as well.

I do & I love it!
Good morning,
I use Pocket Casts & love it!
Is there something specific I may be able to assist you with?
same here
Hey guys!
I love pocket casts.
I started using it for integrations with Alexa, but the mobile experience, both Android and iOS, is fantastic! Even using the free version.
One of the features I like most is being able to set the speed for each type of podcast and that it synchronizes regardless of the platform.
@Diego
Diego yeah exactly! I discovered that I could connect my Pocket Casts to my Sonos account and listen to my podcasts without airPlaying them to my Sonos Roam! I didn't know Alexa connected as well, I'll have to check that out!
Me Too
Hi,
Yes, I currently use the app, I used to use Castro, mainly because when I doscovered Pocket casts last year, the player section was a bit hit and miss with accessibility, so I went to Castro. But I downloaded it again a month or so ago, and found out tey have improved it, so switched back.
I love the stats part myself the most, because I always find them interesting. But I do like a lot of the other features, I'm still figuring out all sorts of services it can be used with.
PocketCast
I use it for the integration with Sonos, it's very accessible for my needs using the free version
I love PocketCasts.
I use PocketCasts as my main podcatcher these days. The only thing I don't like is when you share a podcast or an episode. You get a specific PocketCasts link instead of an RSS feed-based link. That's why I keep Apple Podcasts around. I've yet to see a way in PocketCasts to change link sharing preferences.
@Ben Bloomgrin
yeah I've noticed that too, but I think even apps like Overcast do this too.
