Hello everyone!
I’m starting a 14-day micro-coding challenge using SwiftUI and Xcode with VoiceOver on Mac. My main goal is to spend 15 to 30 minutes each day building a VoiceOver-accessible Focus Timer App and sharing my progress daily for accountability.
I wanted to log my journey here in the AppleVis community to stay consistent, connect with other blind/VI developers, and learn best practices for accessible app design.

I keep meaning to try and dig into it, although Python is still attractive if I can find a cross-platform speech module/screen reader interface for it. But that's mostly because I think it might be fun to port PySol, or at least steal the rules and cards code and write my own interface over it. I think it has thousands of games at this point.

But I'll happily tackle SwiftUI. Got any resources handy?

Good luck!

I am learning with official Apple Documentation and their SwiftUI video tutorials, and 100 days of swiftUI by Paul Hudson. my daily hands on learning are stripped down to 15-20 minute sprints so I can stay consistent and not get burnt out fast by doing long 1 hour sessions. Thanks for your input Mr Khomus.
Lazydaisy77 sorry for the late response as I was busy completing my 4th day work

yes python is still widely used today and that is fine but I want to stick to the easily accessible implementation of the Apple ecosystem on my Mac, but that idea you have to create your own version over it would be neat. I myself don't use voiceOver often as I have my left eye to see but I do have a 180% zoom on at all times... so I still learning how to navigate with VoiceOver in English and Spanish. Have a great day sir.
