I don't see an option to change language, it gives only English. How can I change the language to another one among the 19 provided?

I love the concept behind this but I lothe the AI voices. I already have a voice I use for reading that I like a lot more. Is there any way to use our own Voiceover preferences so we don't have to wait more time for a too slow uncanny valley voice to read the articles?

I'd love to be able to adjust the speech rate for reading.
The default rate is pretty painful to listen to long withgm.
